Head of Sales Caribbean

CENTRAL AMERICA

Kids Corp is looking for a Head of Sales for the Caribbean region!

You will work in the leading company that creates the standard in the segment, working with strategic partners globally and in collaboration with our regional operations teams in LATAM.

 

Main Responsibilities:

  • Provides market experience to guide sales strategies

  • Develop high-level client and agency relationships to serve as a trusted consultant

  • Generate business plans to define your selling strategies and tactics.

  • Understand and adapt to the ongoing products and technology developments

  • Establishes and maintains relationships with key clients and key decision makers; leads and supports the closing of the negotiations within these accounts.

  • Manage multiple cross-product opportunities and projects

Skills and Experience Required:

  • Strong Sales Leadership experience

  • BA/BS, Marketing, Advertising or Business degree

  • 5 years of experience in digital advertising sales or digital media

  • Knowledge of and established relationships within the advertising industry

  • English is a must, Portuguese is a plus

  • Located in Panamá, Guatemala or Costa Rica
